Your team members are skilled.
They are invested in your CSR and ESG strategies.
They want to be a part of changing the world.
Maybe they even have a couple of volunteering days through your workplace scheme.
But they don’t know how to use them…
The answer is skills sharing.
It’s good for the communities we support
Our Transformation Projects across the world work with underprivileged, deprived communities. Access to education and training is limited, and limiting. It creates a ceiling on sustainability and economic growth.

But your teams’ skills can begin to break that ceiling. Perhaps it’s sharing computing skills that open up better education for children or opportunities for higher wage employment. Maybe it’s business skills, or sustainable farming techniques, or communication expertise, or financial management…
Sharing the right skills with the right community can be completely transformative.
Find out what your team can do.
It’s good for your team

Research clearly shows how much employees want to be actively involved in your CSR and ESG activities – and how good it is for your business to get them involved. It is hugely beneficial for wellbeing, increasing motivation and satisfaction at work. It also deepens their trust and loyalty to the business because they experience the good your corporate social responsibility strategies do.
Whether a virtual seminar or on-the-ground training, sharing skills is a huge boost to an employee and a huge boost to your company credentials. Together, you are changing the world.

Training farmers in Njanja
With a changing climate bringing increasing risks of drought, farmers face poorer crop yields – or no crops at all.
Sustainable farming practices really matter to overcome these challenges, but local farmers in places like Zimbabwe have little access to the knowledge they need.
Working with farming charity Foundations for Farming, we were able to train a few farmers from Njanja to be able to farm in an increasingly difficult environment. They have taken their new skills back to their community and trained others. The whole community benefits.
This is the beauty of skills sharing: the skills your team share become a catalyst for wider knowledge growth and whole community change.
But will my team have any useful skills?
That’s a good question! In our experience, most of the time the answer is yes: your team will have skills that will bring significant benefit to a deprived community. So let’s find out! Drop us a message today and let’s book a conversation.
